Supply and demand. Many kids are going to the hairdresser now and requesting *streaks* in the hair..
Its the lastest rage among a certain set, (saw it on 20/20)
so manufacturers have seen a *market* of such for products such as these, and heck, they are running with it..
Its up to us as parents to say yay, or nay.
Unfortunately, I have seen the bras that have been mentioned. Believe it or not, there is actually a need for the bras. In this country, there are many overweight little girls. There bodies are developing in very rapid ways. I see overdeveloped little girls everyday-some that wear bras and others that do not, but should. Since there is a market for it, the companies providing the supply are making options/variety available. The next time that you are in the mall or out and about town, observe how many little girls have on bras or should. I am by no means agreeing with lingerie for children, but tell me what little girl doesn't like playing dress-up. I think it is the parent's responsibility to ensure that their little girls stay little girls as long as possible. My mother sure did. My sister and I wore knee hi socks until we were 14 years old. The Word has many scriptures regarding the training of children. Be Blessed.
