For those of you who don't know, I am a corportate recruiter. Part of my focus is to help my company identify top-quality DIVERSE candidates for open positions. (Most companies define "diverse" candidates as all non-White males.With the demographics of America changing, initiatives like this are taking place at companies throughout the country.
I'd like to use the blog as a resource to both publish job openings as well as identify candidates. So, I am soliciting your ideas on the best way to communicate openings to you, as well as create an avenue for you to share your resume with me.

the best way, I would think would be just to post the openings on here, and to just say honestly, what the job entails.
People do read this blog, even if they dont respond, and I am sure that if something comes up, and its something that interests someone, they will respond accordingly.
