What sickens me most about Corporate America is its inconsistenciesFor all of us that work, or have worked for large corporations, we've had these exact sentiments. My sacrifice of time, sweat, and tears (I ain't shedding no blood!) are overshadowed by the metrics my performance review.
regarding human resources (people!). The game of business requires a
stratagem all of its own that degenerates people into disposable
commodities.
So, if I'm a "human resource", the machine of the corporation is more concerned about me as a resource than a human.
